WHAT TYPE OF CLASS IS IT?
BOA Bootcamp provides a complete body workout. It is tough, muddy, but always fun.
After a targeted warm-up focused on mobilising and preparing the body, we'll perform a workout using functional, primal movements – jumping, running, crawling, squatting, pressing, pulling and lunging – to get you moving the way you were made to.
Every workout is completely different, but they are consistently challenging and always effective.
WHO IS IT FOR?
From total beginners who haven't exercised in years, to experienced athletes, absolutely everyone is welcome.
This class is adaptable and effective for adults of all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
